• Invented in 1944 by Victor Bergeron AKA Trader Vic, Bacardi 8 year old rum, Orange Curacao, grenadine and lime juice cocktail which he served to some friends who allegedly remarked "Mai Tai, Roa Ae!" which in Tahitian translates as "Out of this world"...

• Basil Grande

• Bit of a favourite with les femmes, a fantastic combination of ingredients; Grand Marnier, Chambord, fresh strawberries and basil with a little cranberry juice creating the perfect pre-dinner drink - fruity and fresh but with a distinctly luscious edge.

• Bloody Mary

• It can be said with some certainty that this cocktail is originally Cuban but the rest; its creator and the exact recipe is subject to frequent and often heated debate, ours is simply Bacardi Superior rum, fresh mint, a touch of sugar and lime juice. We do know though that this is the world's most popular cocktail... and deservedly so.

• Blazing a trail since the mid 1980's the Cosmopolitan is knife-edge close to being a Martini, it's simply the absence of vermouth and the extra citrus-tang from the Ketel One Citron vodka that gives it its distinction. Visually stunning and oh so very cosmopolitan in that classic Martini glass.
